My need is unusual, does it fit your offers?
Everyone says that, and it is precisely the starting point. I have no catalogue of ready-made automations: every project is built from your rules, your tools and the way you work. If your need is out of the ordinary, say so during the audit, that is often where the gain is largest.
Do I need to be comfortable with technology?
No, quite the opposite. My clients are owners and teams who want to stop wasting time, not to do technical work. You describe your days in your own words; I handle the translation. What I deliver requires no particular skill to use.
What does it actually cost?
The first call is free. A full audit runs from €450 to €900 depending on scope, and is deducted if you go ahead with the build. The build itself starts at €900 per workflow. Managed service runs from €49 a month. The exact figure is given in writing after the audit, before any commitment.
How fast does it pay back?
That is the first thing we work out together, before starting. A task taking one hour a week is about six working days a year. If automating it costs the equivalent of two, the maths does itself. If it does not add up, I tell you and we skip it.
Will AI make decisions for me?
No, and I will not budge on this. Automation prepares the work; a human approves wherever the decision commits you: a quote, a reply to a client, a payment. That checkpoint is designed in from the start.
What happens if an automation breaks?
You hear about it before you notice it. Every automation is monitored and raises an alert when something is off, and a manual fallback always remains: nothing blocks your business. This is where fifteen years of infrastructure earn their keep.
Where is my data hosted?
In Europe by default, and on your own servers if you prefer. I favour open-source, self-hostable tools, which avoids per-task billing and dependence on a foreign vendor.
Will I end up dependent on you?
No. Everything I build is yours, documented and transferable to another provider or to your own team. Managed service has no minimum term: you keep it because it helps, not because you are locked in.
Does this replace an employee?
That is not the goal, and it has not been the outcome with my clients. We automate re-typing, filing and chasing, the part of the job nobody enjoys. The time recovered goes back into the actual business and into client relationships.
